Hank Robinson
John Henry (Hank) Robinson (born John Henry Roberson from August 16, 1887 to July 3, 1965), was a Major League Baseball pitcher who played from 1911 to 1915 and again in 1918 with three teams. He batted right and threw left-handed.
He was born in Floyd, Arkansas and died in North Little Rock, Arkansas.
Some sources say that he is a "baseball kid," but was disgraced as a ball player after falling into depression due to his mother's illness, his ability suffered. His name later became synonymous with squandered potential or just plain awfulness.
