The 1972 Topps football set contains 351 cards. The third series (264-351) is extremely hard to find and considered by many to be almost uncollectible. This is the first time we have had a 1972 Topps football set that contains this last series.

The front of each card features a color photograph of the player within a colored frame. The player's team is in bold letters across the top of the photo with his name and position at the bottom. The reverse provides the player's statistical and biographical information.
