The 1935 National Chicle Football card set features 36 of the best players in the league.  The original 1935 National Chicle football cards features color illustrations of the players in action and on the back are football tips from Eddie Casey, the coach of the Boston Redskins.  The 1935 National Chicle set was reprinted in 1985 and the cards are the same size as the originals (2 3/8" x 2 7/8"). 

Players feature in this set include: Bronko Nagurski, Knute Rockne, Bernie Masterson, Clark Hinkle, Stan Kostka, and Ernie Smith.

The original Knute Rockne card sells for up to $1600 today, while the complete original set would cost $15,000 in Excellent/Mint condition.
