The 1974 Topps Traded set contains 43 cards and the unnumbered checklist. The card fronts feature the player's photo with the word Traded in red lettering against a yellow panel at the bottom. The card back has a newspaper design featuring "Baseball News" which gives the details of the trade. The card numbers are the same as the player's card in the main 1974 Topps set but with a "T" following the number.
