Roy Helu

Roy Ziegler Helu, Jr. (born December 7, 1988) is an American football running back for the Oakland Raiders of the National Football League (NFL). He was drafted by the Washington Redskins in the fourth round of the 2011 NFL Draft. He played college football at Nebraska.

On November 6, 2011, in a game against the 49ers, Helu set the Redskins' franchise record of most receptions in single game with 14 catches.
