1911 D304 General Baking Reprints Baseball Cards

The 1911-1914 General Baking Baseball Cards (D304) feature 25 of the leading players of the era in alphabetical order. The front of the General Baking Reprint Cards has an illustration of the player and his name, while the back has an advertisement for ButterKrust Bread. The 1911 General Baking Baseball Card set was reprinted in 1992 and are slightly larger at 1 3/8” x 2 ½” than the originals, which measure 1 ¾” x 2 ½”. The original set is difficult to find and would cost around $270,000 for a Near Mint set.
