The 1933 Goudey Sport Kings set features 48 reprinted cards of the top performers in the popular sports of the time. The original 1933 Sport Kings include baseball players, hockey players, tennis players, jockeys, dog-sled racers, and pilots. This set even features several popular female athletes. The front of each 1933 Goudey Sport Kings card has an illustration of the athlete, while the back has the name, sport, and a biography. The original common cards cost about $200. The baseball cards, which cost over $1000 each, are Ty Cobb, Babe Ruth, and Carl Hubbell.
