Hartland Statues were introduced in 1958 by Hartland Plastics of Wisconsin. The first three statues were Milwaukee Braves players: Hank Aaron, Eddie Matthews, and Waren Spahn. Hartland continued the baseball series until 1962, adding 15 more players. Out of the 18 players, all but three were eventually inducted into the Hall of Fame.
The realism of the 1958-1962 Hartland Statues has been unmatched. Each player was portrayed with amazing facial and physical likeness. The superior quality of the 1958-1962 Hartland Statues has continued to bring in generations of new collectors for these outstanding pieces.
