1951 Topps Magic
The 1951 Topps Magic Football card set features 75 collegiate players, as Bowman had the distribution rights to the NFL. The cards measure 2 1/16 by 2 15/16 inches in size, and were sold in 1-card penny packs or nickel packs containing 3 two-card panels. The cards distributed in panels, will have a perforated edge.
The card backs have a brief write-up and a black and white photo of the players college and a scratch-off section that gives the answer to a football quiz. The 75 players in the 1951 Topps Magic set are each from a different university, The star cards are: #19 Marion Campbell, #10 Vic Janowicz, #4 Babe Parilli, #30 Bert Rechichar, #2 Bill Wade and #48 George Young.
