T-Cards: Tobacco Baseball Cards
T-cards, or tobacco cards, are some of the most well-known Pre-War cards ever printed. The 1909-11 T206 Honus Wagner is probably the most famous baseball card. However, the T-cards were not just tiny cards inserted with American Tobacco Company cigarettes, although ATC was responsible for nearly three-quarters of all T-cards. T-cards include cabinets, double and triple folders, stamps, and ad panels that were inserted into packs of cigarettes, loose or scrap tobacco, or cigar boxes.
