1971 Topps Complete Set
The Topps 1971 set contains 752 cards. The front of each card features a player photograph surrounded by a black border. The border shows wear easily making this set hard to find in a high grade. The player's name, position, and team are located at the top of the card. The reverse features another photograph of the player as well as his biographical information and career stats.
The last series (644-752) is hard to find and has many short prints. Sub-series for this set include League Leaders (61-72), Playoffs cards (195-202), and World Series (327-332).
There are many great rookie cards in this set including: the multi-player card with Dusty Baker and Don Baylor, and the individual cards of Bert Blyleven, Dave Concepcion, and Steve Garvey.
