This 1969 Topps Seattle Pilots Team Set contains the cards from their only year in Seattle. The Pilots were one of baseball's four expansion teams and the only modern franchise to move after only one season. Forced to play in the ancient Sicks Stadium, and with Seattle unwilling finance a modern complex, the Pilots were sold in spring training of the following year and moved to Milwaukee. Never the less, this 1969 and 1970 Seattle Pilots Team Sets are some of the most popular.
