1954 Topps 1954 Topps Baseball Complete Set

The 1954 Topps baseball card set includes 250 vintage size cards, which measure 2 5/8" by 3¾". The 1954 Topps baseball cards feature numerous Hall-of-Fame rookies as well as a few stars from pre-War days. The middle-number series (51-75) is the most difficult and expensive to collect.

This is one of the nicest 1954 Topps Baseball sets we've had in a long time. The common cards in this set vary in grade from Excellent up to Near Mint, but the vast majority grade Excellent/Mint.  The star cards in this set also vary from Excellent up to Near Mint, primarily due to centering, but the majority of those grade Excellent/Mint. 

This is a very clean set and there are no commons or stars with creases, or writing.  There is one graded card in this set and it is a PSA 6 #250 Ted Williams.

While some collectors are put off by cards with lower grades such as Good and Very Good, it is important to remember that we rarely see complete 1954 Topps sets.  Although both the common cards and stars in this set average Good/Very Good, this is still a very nice set. The scans of the star cards accurately represent the condition of nearly 100% of the cards in this set. With that said, the lower grade cards in this set make it more affordable to a greater number of collectors.
