This 1953 Bowman Milwaukee Braves Team Set contains the 1953 Bowman Braves baseball cards and makes a great gift for any Braves fan. This was the Braves first season in Milwaukee and the first time in a half of century that a major league franchise had changed cities. This surprise move was announced in March, after the printing of the cards. For this reason, the 1953 Bowman cards still feature the players with a B on their caps and list the team as the Boston Braves.
