This 1950 Hopalong Cassidy Near Complete contains most of the 230 cards of the popular cinema cowboy, played by William Boyd. Issued by Topps, the set was issued in two-card panels. Each card measures 2 1/16" x 2 5/8" and is perforated on one side. There are also 8 short-printed foil inserts that are not included in the standard set.
The 1950 Topps Hopalong Cassidy cards use scenes from the TV series to tell 10 different stories. The stories are easily differentiated by the color of the scene on the card front.
