This complete 1954 Topps Scoop or Scoops set consists of 156 cards. Smaller than standard size, each card measures 2-1/16" x 2-15/16". The popular 1954 Topps Scoop cards feature headlines and a short story on historical events that occurred from 1000 to 1953. Some of the cards were issued with a black film that had to be scratched off to reveal the headlines.
One of the most interesting things about the 1954 Topps Scoop Set is that it allows us to step back in time and see the world as people saw it in 1954.
