This 1984 Topps Baseball Glossy All-Stars complete set has been assigned an overall grade of 7 - NM. The set has few major flaws present such as heavy creasing, paper loss, marked cards (including team cards, checklists), etc. Centering varies throughout, but does seem to be consistent with the factory's production year.
