  • Q: What is your Return Policy?

    We offer 100% Money Back Guarantee on every item, except for Starter Sets.  If you are unsatisfied with your order, please ship the items and a copy of the invoice back to us within 10 days of receiving your items. 

  • Q: The card I'm looking for isn't on your website, any chance you have the card in stock?

    All of our inventory is listed on the website.  We are constantly adding all of our new product, making our site a virtual list of our current inventory.  Keep checking out our Recently Added Cards page to keep up with our latest inventory.

  • Q: Do you offer Discounts?

    Yes!  Our discounts range from 5% all they way up to 20%! For more information, Click Here.

  • Q: Do you have actual scans of the product?

    Since we have over 750,000 cards posted online - it is hard to have scans of all the product.  For items $300 and more, we do show actual scans of the product.

  • Q: What are your Grading Standards?

    Dean's Cards typically grades cards a little more conservatively than the grading criteria established by the Industry. By grading our cards conservatively, clients can rest assured that the cards they order will be meet (and possibly exceed) their expectations.

  • Q: What does the quanity "Open Stock" mean?

    It is not cost effective for us to sleeve, grade and inventory the common players from these years. To keep the price affordable, we decided to make these years "Open Stock".  All this means is the cards with "Open Stock" in the quantity field are not actually inventoried.

    We have thousands of these cards and should be able to fill most of your order, but we may be missing a few cards.

    Please feel free to give us specific instructions in the comments section of your order. An example would be, "I ordered NrMt/Mt - please give me the best available, but not lower than Ex/Mt". We will adjust the price. (Please note that because of the secure website, it is only possible for us to adjust the price down - not up.)

  • Q: What are your Shipping Rates?

    Under $50 --- $3.75 (USPS 1st Class Mail with Delivery Confirmation)

    $50 to $99.99 --- $4.75 (USPS 1st Class Mail with Delivery Confirmation)

    $100 to $200 --- $5.75 (USPS 1st Class Mail with Signature Confirmation)

    Over $200 --- $7.75 (USPS 1st Class Mail with Insurance)

    Priority Mail - add $3

    Express Mail - $24.75 on all Orders

    Domestic Insurance - Add $4
