1954 Topps Archives / Reprint
The 1954 Topps Archives Baseball Card Set consists of 258 cards. The 1954 Topps Archives baseball cards are reprints of the original 1954 Topps set, plus several cards that were never actually printed by Topps. The 1954 Topps Archives are the modern size of 2-5/8" by 3¾", whereas the cards in the original set were the larger, vintage-sized cards.
Topps did not have the rights to print a card of Ted Williams, so it is technically missing from the 1994 Archives set. In 1994, Upper Deck issued the #1 and #250 Williams cards and also a #259 Mickey Mantle (that was not in the original 1954 set) as inserts in one of it's sets. These three cards are a very rare and sought-after addition to the 1954 Topps Archives Set.
