The 1951 Topps Major League All-Stars Baseball Card Set
consists of 11 known cards and is most elusive of any post-war issue that Topps produced. These unnumbered, die-cut cards measure 2" by 5-1/4", and are very similar in design to the Connie Mack All-Star card set that was produced by Topps, the same year.
Three of the cards in the 1951 Topps Major League All-Star set are considered extreme short-prints. There are so few copies of the cards of Robin Roberts, Eddie Stanky and Jim Konstanty, that it is doubted that these cards were ever officially circulated.
