The 1952 Red Man Tobacco Card set was the first national set of tobacco cards produced since the early 20th century.  The set consists of 52 cards in total, each measuring 3 1/2 by 4.  Each card features a colorful, quality representation of the player against a solid background.  The player's name, team, and basic biographical information can be found within a white box on the front of the card.

Each card was originally issued with a 1/2 perforated tab along the bottom of the card, which was often removed after being purchased, sometimes resulting in further damage to the card as a whole.  The cards are numbered and dated only on these tabs.

This Near Complete Set contains no duplicate cards and does not include tabs.
