This 1969-70 O-Pee-Chee Pittsburgh Penguins Near Team Set contains the majority of the Penguins cards. The O-Pee-Chee cards were printed in Canada and are identical to the Topps cards on the front, and bilingual on the back. They make a fun addition to any collection.
