This is a 1961 Fleer Baseball Complete Premier Set, which means that this set contains the highest grade of each card that we have available in our million card inventory. This 1961 Fleer Baseball Set contains 154 cards and is the second of Fleer's Retro Sets. Each card features a photo of the player on the front, while the backs contain the players' bio and Major League Record. Fleer followed their previous years concept of a set of retired Baseball Greats, 92 of which have been inducted into baseball's Hall-of-Fame. The 1961 Fleer baseball cards were actually issued in two series, over two years. Cards #1 to #88 were issued in 1961, and cards #89 to #154 were issued in 1962.
