The 1975 Hostess Baseball Card Panels
Set consists of 50 three card panels (150 cards total). These panels measure 2-1/4" by
3-1/4", if cut properly, and the dashed black lines surrounding the photos
on the individual card should be showing. The fronts of these panels display the
player's photo, name, position and team, while the backs show statistical
information.
The 1975 Hostess Baseball Card Panels
Set has twenty-six cards (#79 to #99, #118 to #120 and #130 to #132) that are
commonly identified as short prints. The panel with Bob Gibson (#120) is
the most uncommon one in pristine condition. It was only printed on Ho Ho boxes
that were smaller than the other Hostess boxes. As a result, the cards were
almost too big for the box bottoms.
A complete set of 1975 Hostess Baseball Card Panels is very difficult to complete, especially in pristine condition.
