The 1951 Topps Team Set contains 9 unnumbered cards that measure 5 1/4" x 2 1/16". The cards feature a black & white team picture, set against a yellow border. Issued on thin photo stock, the cards are very condition sensitive.
Each card has a variation which is either dated with the year 1950 before the team name on the front or is undated. The cards that list the year 1950 tend to be more rare, but the two variations sell for roughly the same price. The 1951 Topps Team Cards of the Boston Red Sox and St. Louis Cardinals are harder to find.
