This 1973 Topps Oakland A's Team Set has all of the standard cards, plus the Playoff and World Series cards of the 1972 season and contains five future Hall-of-Famers. The 1973 Swingin A's cruised to their 2nd of 3 consecutive world championships, but made the season and the playoff very exciting in the process. The 1973 Oakland A's won 93 games during the regular season, and took the maximum number of games to beat the Orioles in the ALCS and the New York Mets in the World Series. Catfish Hunter, Vida Blue and Ken Holtzman each won 20 games and Reggie Jackson was the MVP.
