This 1953 Bowman Antique Autos Near Card Set includes many of the 48 cards, each measuring 2 1/2" by 3 3/4".
Cards feature colorful illustrations of some of the most exciting early automobile models surrounded by a white border with black trim around the edge of the image. The name of the car is printed at the bottom of the card in large black lettering. Card backs include a short description of the card printed in red ink along with a second picture of the car.
The illustrations of the automobiles on the back of the cards were 3D versions of the drawings shown on the card fronts. 3D glasses were included with every four packages of gum cards purchased.
