This 1970 Topps Cincinnati Reds Team Set contains 28 cards and makes a great gift for any Reds fan. Managed by Sparky Anderson, the 1970 Reds went 102-60 and won the NL West, then took the pennant and lost the World Series to the Orioles in five games. Johnny Bench won the NL MVP and led the league with 148 RBIs and 45 HRs, and Pete Rose tied Billy Williams for the league lead with 205 hits.

The three Hall-of-Famers in the set are #181 Sparky Anderson (Inducted as a Manager), #380 Tony Perez and #464 Johnny Bench's All-Star card. Johnny Bench's #660 base card is omitted from this set due to its high cost and can be purchased separately. The set also includes the fan favorite #458 Pete Rose All-Star card and #63 NL RBI Leaders with Tony Perez. The high number cards included in this team set are: #636 Jimmy Stewart, the official Rookie cards of Wayne Simpson and Vern Geishert on the #683 Reds Rookies card (also with Hal McRae), and #705 Tony Cloninger.
