This 1962 Topps San Francisco Giants Team Set contains the 1962 Topps Giants baseball cards and makes a great gift for any Giants fan. The 1962 San Francisco Giants were loaded with talent. The Giants roster included five future Hall-of-Fame players. The Giants finished the season with 101 wins and tied with the Dodgers for first place. They defeated the Dodgers in a best of three playoff and then lost the World Series to the Yankees.
The 1962 Topps High Numbered Cards, begin with card #523 and contain some very expensive short-printed cards, whom quite often players that no one has ever heard of. The cards in the 1962 Topps Rookie Parade subset, which includes cards #591 to #598, are NOT included in standard team sets. The Rookie Parade cards each have five players, from multiple teams and can be purchased separately. These cards are very expensive and not considered part of a standard 1962 Topps Team Set.
