This T206 Non-Variation Set was built to contain one card for as many different players as possible, depending on our inventory. By constructing the T206 baseball card set in this manner, you get the maximum variety of players, at a lower cost.
Since the T206 baseball card set was printed over a period of three years, from 1909 to 1911, some players had cards printed multiple years that were not always exactly the same. For example, the T206 set has 4 different variations of Ty Cobb. Cobb has T206 cards with a Portrait of him with a Red Background, Green Portrait, Bat on Shoulder, and Bat off Shoulder. This set sometimes contains one of the Ty Cobb cards, making it much more affordable than if it were to include all 4. When a Ty Cobb card is included in this set, it will be included in the list of cards, and a front and back image of it will be available.
This T206 set was put together choosing one of each player that we have available. Of course, the T206 cards of some players, such as such as Honus Wagner and Eddie Plank, are very rare and extremely expensive, and are not included because of their cost.
