1955 Bowman Baseball 100 Card Starter Set / Lot 5 - EX
The 1955 Bowman set consists of 320 cards total, each measuring 2 1/2" by 3 3/4". This was Bowman's final baseball entry.
Each card was modeled after a color television set, as a boldly colored image of each player was surrounded by a faux wood-grained border. The low number cards (#1-224) feature lighter wood grain, while higher number cards (#225-320) feature dark wood grain. Each player's name appears in a small white box also included on the front of the card.
This 100 card lot consists of 100 cards and contains no duplicate cards.
Purchased separately the cards in this set have a break-up value of $849.50.
