This is a 1961 Post Complete Premier Set, which means that this set contains the highest grade of each card that we have available in our million card inventory.
This 1961 Post Cereal Complete Set contains all of the baseball cards from the company's first major issue. The 1961 Post baseball cards measure 2-1/2 by 3-1/2 and feature 200 different players. Several of the cards were short-printed and very difficult to find.
The 1961 Post Cereal cards were available on thick cardboard stock that could either be ordered from the company and were available singly or in different panel sizes from cereal boxes (BOX). Sheets containing cards from each specific team were printed on thinner cardboard stock directly from the Post Cereal Company (COM).
