This 1951 Topps Ringside Boxing Card Complete Set - Premier contains all 96 cards in the highest grade that we currently have in stock. Considered the premier of all boxing sets, the 1951 Ringside cards were issued in two 48 card series - with the 2nd series being a more difficult to find. The second series features four short-prints: #55 Bob Fitzsimmons, #61 Pete Mead, #89 Carlos Chavez, #49 Bob Murphy - which is considered the toughest to find.
The 1951 Topps Ringside Set includes 4 cards that show two boxers fighting and 5 cards that feature wrestlers. The jewel of the 1951 Topps Ringside Boxing Set is #32 Rocky Marciano, the only contemporary card of him produced.
