Joseph Edward Bockman (July 26, 1920 – September 29, 2011) was an American professional baseball player and scout. During his active career, he was a third baseman in Major League Baseball who played from 1946 through 1949 for the New York Yankees (1946), Cleveland Indians (1947) and Pittsburgh Pirates (1948–1949). Listed at 5 feet 9 inches (1.75 m) and 175 pounds (79 kg), he batted and threw right-handed.
