The 1974 Topps Red Team Checklist Set includes 24 unnumbered cards, measuring 2 ½" by 3 ½", each with facsimile autographs of the players of that team on the front, framed by a red border, and a team checklist on the back. The Team Checklists Cards were issued as inserts in the regular Topps baseball card wax packs, and also in uncut sheets available through a wrapper redemption promotion.
The 1974 Topps Red Team Checklists are sometimes confused with a less-common set, issued by O-Pee-Chee. The OPC cards have identical card fronts, but can be distinguished by their bilingual card backs.
