The 1962 Bazooka Baseball Card Set contains 45 hand-cut cards originally distributed in three-card panels on boxes of Bazooka bubble gum. Each card measures approximately 1 3/4" by 2 3/4", and are unnumbered.
The 1962 Bazooka Baseball Card Set was chock full of Hall of Famers, but was most notably missing the Rookie Cards from Gaylord Perry, Joe Torre, and Boog Powell. Full panels of these cards, as well as cleanly cut Star cards, can often be hard to find, and command a premium. Additionally, some three-card panels of cards were short prints, causing some star cards in this set to be harder to come by, such as Ernie Banks, Harmon Killebrew, and Vada Pinson.
