1954 Red Man
The 1954 Red Man Baseball Card Set has 50 cards, which measure 3½" by 4" with tabs, and 3½" by 3½" without the tabs. Red Man did not waste much design effort over the set's four year run, as the cards are almost identical for each of the years, even using the same exact artwork for the players that were included in the following year's set.
The 1954 Red Man baseball cards again organized contained 25 players from each league. The 1954 Red Man Set was the first issue to omit the World Series Managers. The AL cards of #4 George Kell, #6 Sam Mele, and #9 Dave Philley, show the men on two different teams, and are the only variations in any of the four Red Man sets.
