1980 Topps Burger King Phillies
The 1980 Burger King Phillies baseball card set contains 22 player cards and a checklist. It was the second year in a row that the Phillies were chosen for a Burger King promotion. Collectors of the day who purchased a large french-fries would receive a pack of 3 cards and a checklist.
All but 5 of the 1980 Burger King Phillies cards are identical to those in the base set. Cards #1 Dallas Green, #3 Keith Moreland, #8 John Vukovich, #14 Lonnie Smith and #22 Kevin Saucier were either not included in the regular set or used a different style of card. The key cards are: #4 Pete Rose, #6 Mike Schmidt and #15 Steve Carlton.
