The 1974 Topps Traded Baseball Card Set includes 44 standard size cards, measuring 2 ½” by 3 ½”. The set contains 43 players and an unnumbered checklist. This was the first time issued a separate traded set of cards and included most of the trades from the winter meeting. This issue is a welcome addition to the 1974 Topps standard set.
The players on the 1974 Topps Traded cards have the same card number as their regular 1974 Topps card, but with a "T" at the end. The fronts have the player's portrait , in an airbrushed version of his new team's cap. The backs features a newspaper design with details of the trade.
The Traded Checklist is unnumbered and by far the most expensive card in the Traded set.
