The 1952 Topps Set is the most famous post-war baseball card set of all time.  The only real problem with the 1952 Topps baseball card set is that many collectors can not afford the price tag of a complete 407 card set.  The majority of the cost of a complete 1952 Topps Baseball Card Set is in the rare 6th Series, which contains cards #311 to #407, and usually accounts for about 80% of the the set's cost.  Fortunately, most of the 1952 Topps cards of in the first 5 series are available at reasonable prices.

This 1952 Topps Near Complete Set / Lot contains a large amount of the first 311 cards. These are the low-number cards of the first 5 series, and is a great start to completing the famous post-war baseball card set.
