The 1960 Topps Baseball set consists of 572 horizontally-oriented cards total, each measuring 2 1/2" by 3 1/2". Each card features two photographs of each player and is the last full set from Topps to use a horizontal orientation. The card fronts are divided into three main areas: a larger color photograph on the right, a smaller black-and-white photo on the left, and the player's name along the bottom edge.
Card backs feature basic biographical information, career statistics, and a cartoon or comic about the player. The "Season's Highlights" section lists notable dates and events from the player's previous year. This set also included team checklists, multiplayer combo cards, World Series Highlights, and rookie cards.
This Near Complete Set / Lot contains no duplicate cards.
