This 1969-70 Topps Basketball Rulers Complete Set consists of all 23 rulers. A bright, colorful, and creative concept, the 1969-70 Topps Basketball Rulers were distributed as inserts inside the 10-card packs of the 1969-70 Topps Basketball Cards.
Printed on paper, each of the 1969-70 Topps Basketball Rulers measure 2½" by 9 7/8" and has a blank back. The rulers are numbered, but please be aware that ruler #5, which was intended to feature Bill Russell, was never issued.
Purchased separately the cards in this set have a break-up value of $6,937.50.
