1910 E96 Philadelphia Caramel Baseball Cards
The 1910 Philadelphia Caramel baseball card set was issued by the Philadelphia Caramel Co. in Camden, New Jersey. The set includes 30 cards which measure 1 ½” by 2 5/8”.
The cards feature a full color photo drawing, and the card backs are printed in red ink and have a checklist of the 30 players included in the set. Some cards are found with blank backs, the cards were cut from a “Base Ball Series” notebook and are not proofs like sometimes thought to be.
Hall-of-Famers included in this issue are: E96 Philadelphia Caramel Home Run Baker, Mordecai Brown, Nap Lajoie, Connie Mack, Rube Marquard and Joe Tinker.
