1934 Goudey Premiums (R309-1) Baseball Cards
The 1934 Goudey Premium (R309-1) Baseball Card Set has only 4 unnumbered cards.  The cards are made out of thick cardboard stock, and measure 5-1/2" x 8-15/16".  The card fronts contain a large black and white picture, surrounded by a gold colored frame. The backs include an easel which can be used as a stand for the card.  The only 4 cards in this set include Babe Ruth, the National League and American League All-Star teams, and the New York Giants World Champions card. The cards were originally obtained by sending wrappers into the Goudey Gum Company in return for a premium stand-up card.
