1971 Topps Baseball Cards

The 1971 Topps Baseball Card Set features 752 standard size cards, which measure 2½" by 3½". The subsets are: League Leaders (61-72), Playoff Highlights (195-202), and World Series Highlights (327-332). The 1971 Topps high number series cards (#644 to #752) are more expensive to collect, especially the short-prints. The black borders, combined with the centering issues, make the 1971 Topps cards very condition sensitive.
The 1971 Topps contains the rookie cards of Hall-of-Famers: #26 Bert Blyleven and #117 Ted Simmons - but the toughest rookie card is #709, with Dusty Baker & Don Baylor.
