The 1923 W515-2 strip baseball card set closely resembles its sibling set, designated in the American Card Catalog as W515-1. Both of these sets contain the same 60 cards, all with identical players. These cards are slightly larger than the cards from the W515-1 set, and cards from this set measure 1 1/2" by 2 1/2", which originally came in blank backed, five-card strips.
Both this set, and cards from the 1923 W515-1 set, showcase predominately players from the Empire State, and contain 39 cards from either the Yankees, Giants, or Dodgers. The set is sometimes called the "Little Wonder Picture Series" due to this phrase being printed on the tops of cards.
